We aim to process all our orders as soon as possible, dispatching your orders in one or two working days – stock allowing.
Please allow up to 7 working days for UK delivery and up to 14 working days in Europe and 21 working days for rest of the world.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are unsatisfied with our product, please contact us to discuss its return. Our products come with a 14 days return policy.
The policy starts from the day you receive your items and they must be in their original package, unopened and unused.
If you are returning a product that was part of an offer (buy one and get one free etc…) please note that you have to return all the other products in the offer.
This is only valid if you bought the product on our website. If you bought from other retailers please get in touch with them.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED
If you ordered directly from us, please send us photos and details of the damage and we will contact you as soon as possible.
In the event that a disc reaches you where it has been detached from the central disc-holder, this will not be deemed to be a ‘damage’, unless the disc does not play.
If you bought our products from other retailers, please get in touch directly with them.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK
This website continues to service orders from all customers.
Due to new Brexit regulations coming into force on the 1st of July 2021, we shall now display the amount of tax payable by UK customers.
If you are not in the UK you will not pay UK VAT, however you may be charged taxes on reception of your order depending on regulations enforced in your Country.
The purchaser of products from this shop will be responsible for any local custom clearances or any duty which may be levied in the country of destination where the order is delivered.
This shop has no liability for local customs arrangements, duties, taxes and costs nor accepts returns due to the aforementioned. Please contact your local customs authority for more information about import in your country.
This regrettable complication is due to the UK leaving the EU.
For orders under £25 we offer standard (non-tracked) delivery.
For orders over £25 we only offer tracked delivery. The price is slightly higher, but it gives you peace of mind.
